None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Shipment is made from Auckland, New Zealand with a delivery time of approximately 3 working days.
You will receive an email and tracking number once your order has been processed.
Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will exchange, replace or offer online credit provided the goods are returned with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or bank statement) in original condition including original packaging, and all accessories within 29 days of purchase.
The cost of return shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer.
If these requirements are not satisfied I reserve the right not to offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind returns.
